The Wildlife Research and Conservation Trust (WRCT), Nilambur, India is a non-profit public charitable trust (Reg. No. 580/2005) governed by a board of trustees. The mission of WRCT is the conservation of flora and fauna in the Indian subcontinent through field research and conservation action.

WRCT undertake field research to promote the conservation of wildlife and natural resources in India, develop and advocate participatory management and conservation programmes for the restoration of wildlife and ecosystems, and promote sustainable use of natural resources, equitable development and the maintenance of cultural and traditional attributes of indigenous communities.
